Medical Alert System

Imagine you are an older adult living alone and someone unexpectantly knocks on the door. That’s when you remember … medical alert. You press the button on your pendant and hear, “Good afternoon Ms. Jones, how may I help you?” The kind voice stands by while you answer the door to accept a package that’s arrived early. What a relief to have someone with you all the time.

Care Call is just one of the added benefits of the Medical Alert System, an Extra benefit with some of the Windsor Medicare Extra plans. Qualifying members may have the Medical Alert System installed by using their home telephone.

The Care Center staff receives professional training to quickly aid the member. They can respond with emergency personnel or even help members remember their insulin shots. The Care Center staff is available at the touch of a button 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
